Serving our community and beyond, with compassionate care and excellence in veterinary medicine.

At Beaverton Crossroads, we love animals. It’s why we do what we do. But we also know that pets come from families, so it’s important to us that we keep people at the centre of our work. That’s why our clients keep coming back to us, and inviting their friends along too.

When you bring your pets to Beaverton Crossroads, be at ease knowing they’re in kind, compassionate, competent hands—with the reputation to prove it.

DR. RICK DONER

Dr. Rick graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1984 and started his career at a local mixed animal practice, where he worked for seven years. Over that time he discovered that he greatly enjoyed working with small animals.  Shortly after moving to Beaverton in 1991, he had the opportunity to buy Glenroy Veterinary Clinic in town. The practice grew quickly and in 1995, Dr. Rick and his wife moved the practice to its present location, changing the name to Beaverton Crossroads Veterinary Services.

Since partnering with Dr. Les Sadoch in 2005, Dr. Rick happily shares the management of this busy practice and enjoys the balance of time spent at the clinic as well as time spent at home with his family. Dr. Rick and his wife enjoy their Connemara ponies, gardening, traveling, woodworking, community theatre, church involvement and time spent with their 5 grandkids.

Dr. Les now lives north of Beaverton with his wife and their Labrador, Onyx. When not on clinical duty at Beaverton Crossroads, Dr. Les enjoys gardening, travelling, the challenges of technical scuba diving, snowboarding and target shooting, as well as spending time with his two grandchildren.

WYATT 2006 - 2023

In Loving Memory.

Wyatt was born in 2006 and was surrendered to the clinic in 2011 because of medical concerns.  He became a well-loved ambassador with clients and staff.  His fame had extended outside the borders of the clinic and our clients often asked about him or requested to see him when they were visiting. Wyatt spent most of his time sleeping on his pink flower pillow, seemingly unaware of the activity around him. Sometimes he could be found dipping his paws in staff members' drinks or begging for fries. He was “the king” of Beaverton Crossroads.
